Receptionist/Social Media Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and callers professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, appointments, and inquiries.
- Maintain reception area, records, and administrative documents.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.
- Create, schedule, and publish content on the company's social media platforms.
- Respond to social media messages, comments, and online inquiries.
- Capture photos and videos for company events, activities, and promotions.
- Design basic marketing materials using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare simple engagement reports.
- Ensure consistent branding and professional communication across all channels.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
