Cura Vita Complex Care Group is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and develop our growing Supported Living and Community Services.
We support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex behaviours across community-based services.

About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Leading supported living and community services
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Driving quality, governance and continuous improvement
- Managing, developing and supporting staff teams
- Promoting excellent safeguarding practice
- Building relationships with families, commissioners and professionals
- Supporting service development and growth
About You
You will have:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Service Manager or Deputy Manager
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
- Experience managing teams and service performance
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable
- Supported Living experience
- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) knowledge
- Service mobilisation experience
- RNLD, RMN or RGN qualification
Nursing qualifications are welcomed but are not essential. Strong operational leadership experience is the priority for this role.
