Position Summary
The Resident Relations & Community Support Specialist serves as the primary day-to-day contact for residents and provides operational support for the Boulder Ridge community. This role focuses on resident communication, customer service, community engagement, administrative coordination, and supporting the Community Manager with daily operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, approachable, and passionate about creating exceptional resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resident questions, concerns, and requests.
- Communicate community updates, events, and important notices to residents.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents.
- Coordinate resident onboarding and move-in processes.
- Assist with planning and executing resident events and engagement activities.
- Track and coordinate maintenance requests and resident follow-up.
- Schedule and coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers as directed.
- Maintain community records, resident files, and operational documentation.
- Assist with inspections and community appearance initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the Community Manager.
- Assist with marketing efforts, community promotions, and social media content.
- Support sales efforts by responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, following up with leads, and assisting prospective buyers throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and relationship-focused.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle resident concerns professionally.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, property management, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
