Retail & Ecommerce Growth Manager (Baby & Maternity Brand)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Retail & Ecommerce Growth Manager (Baby & Maternity Brand) to drive growth across both B2B and B2C channels for our brand. This role focuses on expanding retail and partnership opportunities, managing key accounts, and building a strong sales pipeline, while also overseeing webstore performance and paid advertising to optimize revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, hands-on, and data-driven, with the ability to manage multiple growth initiatives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. This role is focused on supporting and accelerating the company's growth in the USA market.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Sales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and close new B2B opportunities across retailers, distributors, marketplaces, and strategic partners
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline, including lead tracking, follow-ups, and revenue forecasting
- Lead outreach to buyers and partners, including preparing presentations, proposals, and pricing discussions
- Manage and grow key accounts by driving reorders, expanding product assortment, and strengthening relationships
- Monitor sales performance, partner feedback, and sell-through to identify growth opportunities
- Explore and expand into new channels such as specialty retail, gifting, and regional distribution
B2C Webstore Growth & Performance
- Support the growth of the direct-to-consumer webstore through performance-driven initiatives
- Work with internal teams or external agencies to monitor and optimize paid ads (Meta, Google)
- Track key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and AOV
- Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance, customer acquisition, and overall profitability
- Review webstore performance and highlight areas for improvement
Planning, Reporting & Coordination
- Track and review B2B sales pipeline, account performance, and key ecommerce metrics
- Support monthly/quarterly target setting and performance tracking across sales and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, inventory) to align on growth plans and execution priorities
- Maintain clear trackers, reports, and processes to ensure visibility and follow-through
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations based on sales performance, campaign results, and market feedback
- Support brand visibility initiatives (e.g., PR, partnerships, campaigns) where relevant to drive commercial outcomes
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, ecommerce, or a related commercial role
- Experience working with B2B sales pipelines, retail partners, distributors, or wholesale accounts
- Exposure to ecommerce growth or performance marketing (e.g., Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus
- Background in consumer goods, baby products, maternity, parenting, retail, or lifestyle brands is preferred
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and drive revenue opportunities
- Good understanding of B2B sales, account management, and retail or partnership growth
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, AOV, conversion rate)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare presentations, proposals, and reports
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proactive and hands-on, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Able to work in a fast-moving ecommerce environment

Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
