Brand Truth-a-ganda is an established satirical political and social commentary art brand created by 30-year apparel industry veteran Greg Dampier. Launched after the 2008 financial crisis, the brand blends iconic pop culture themes from movies, literature, fine art, and comic books with sharp societal insights.With a catalog spanning over 600 original pieces, 30 years of vintage/retro archives, and a decade-long print-on-demand infrastructure, Truth-a-ganda products are featured on apparel, home decor, and posters. Notably, the brand produced over 120 promotional assets and commissioned pieces for the Robert F. Kennedy 2024 presidential campaign. We are now expanding our reach and scaling our multi-channel retail footprint.
We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and strategic Retail Marketing Specialist to drive brand presence and e-commerce sales across multiple channels. In this role, you will design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to a highly engaged retail audience. By leveraging digital advertising, SEO, and creative content, you will elevate Truth-a-ganda’s global footprint, maximize return on investment (ROI), and foster long-term customer loyalty.Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Design and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and e-commerce platforms.
- Social Media & Engagement: Manage and grow organic and paid audiences on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Content Creation: Craft persuasive marketing copy, including engaging blog posts, high-converting product descriptions, and promotional materials.
- SEO Optimization: Improve online visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic across web stores.
- Digital Advertising: Coordinate, build, and track targeted ad campaigns utilizing Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics to refine marketing tactics and maximize ROI.
- Automation: Build and maintain marketing automation workflows to nurture customer relationships and streamline leads.
- Market Research: Conduct ongoing research on competitor strategies, industry trends, and consumer preferences.
- Budgeting: Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure profitable growth while maintaining consistent brand messaging.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing, content creation, and multi-channel campaign management (E-commerce and B2B experience preferred).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with WordPress, HTML basics, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Creative Tools: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) to assist with asset coordination.
- Copywriting: Exceptional communication and copywriting skills with a knack for tailoring messaging to diverse, passionate audiences.
- Analytics-Driven: Ability to interpret data trends and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and research skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Traditional Media: Knowledge of print advertising methods is a plus, but not required.
