Sales and Marketing Associate (Admin Specialist)
Position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ADMIN SPECIALIST
Job Purpose:
The job position will be responsible for the identified administrative tasks for the different lines of businesses under the Business Development Dept of Sales, Broker, Agency, and Direct & Emerging Channels.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course (preferably related to Management, Marketing, Psychology, or Education)
- With a sales background
- Adept in MS Office, Canva, and presentation
- Knowledge in Digital Marketing
- Amenable to work in Ayala, Makati
Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Assist the Sales team in the installation coordination for the new accounts.
- Assist the Sales team in the after-sales deliverables monitoring and coordination.
- Assist in engagement and activities in relation to Account kick-offs and engagements.
- Assist in appointment setting, in cooperation with the Direct Sales Team.
- Assist the Sales team in the preparation of deliverables for pre-sales, sales, and after-sales activities and campaigns (e.g., liaise with internal units, etc.)
- Performs other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time.
