What to Expect
The team is seeking a hands-on Sales and Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing detail-oriented administrative responsibilities with customer interaction. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who can effectively support sales and marketing initiatives while providing exceptional service to customers. This person will play a key role in coordinating marketing activities, supporting sales operations, managing customer communications, maintaining databases and reporting, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns and projects. This role reports directly to the Director, Marketing and Communications.
What You’ll Do
- Identify key decision makers and provide company and product information
- Perform CRM, lead, and marketing database data entry and upkeep.
- Assist sales with maintaining a grading scale that eliminates dead ends and continuously evaluates new opportunities.
- Manages data to evaluate program effectiveness and determine which customer groups yield the greatest opportunity.
- Maintain and update the Mailchimp database and assist with email marketing activities.
- Coordinate trade show logistics, including contracts, show orders, travel arrangements, and marketing materials.
- Manage event sponsorship logistics, contracts, and supporting marketing collateral.
- Review and maintain website content; identify broken links, outdated information, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist with social media scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.
- ·Maintain marketing inventory and coordinate shipment of promotional materials.
- Organize and manage marketing assets, including photos, videos, testimonials, and sales resources.
- Provide administrative and marketing support to the sales team, helping ensure timely execution of campaigns, events, and customer-facing materials.

Required Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field or
- 2–3 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or a related role.
- Experience using CRM systems and marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work regular office days/hours (Monday through Friday, in our office)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
