Job Summary
Apna Bharat Passport and Visa Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telephone sales, exceptional customer service skills, and experience managing social media platforms. This role requires someone who can confidently communicate with clients, understand and promote our services, create engaging social media content, and represent the company professionally both online and in person. The successful candidate must be fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, and English and be comfortable appearing on camera for promotional content and client-facing activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and convert inquiries into customers.
- Educate clients about passport, visa, OCI, attestation, and other services offered by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage the company's social media platforms, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
- Create and publish videos, reels, posts, and promotional content to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Appear confidently on camera for marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Respond to social media messages, comments, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Stay informed about company services, industry updates, and immigration-related processes relevant to the business.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, networking events, and community outreach activities.
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing or service-based industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
- Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).
- Strong telephone sales and customer service skills.
- Experience managing business social media accounts, including content creation and marketing.
- Confidence and professionalism when appearing on camera and interacting with clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in immigration, visa, passport, travel, or related service industries.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media advertising, and content creation tools.
- Experience using CRM systems and lead management software.

Compensation: Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives/commission
Location: Canada
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
