Shark Tooth Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Location: Wilmington / Carolina Beach, NCType: Part-Time (20-40 hours/week) with opportunity for full-time growth

About Us

We are an offshore diving company specializing in authentic fossil shark teeth, megalodon teeth, fossils, jewelry, and marine collectibles. We sell online and at local events throughout coastal North Carolina.

We’re looking for someone energetic, organized, and comfortable talking with customers who can help grow both our in-person and online sales.

Responsibilities

Farmers Markets & Events

• Set up and break down vendor booths
• Sell shark teeth, fossils, jewelry, and merchandise
• Educate customers about fossils and offshore diving
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and inventory
• Represent the company professionally

Website Management

• Update products and inventory on website
• Upload photos and descriptions
• Track online orders
• Assist with customer service inquiries

Online Marketing

• Create social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Post photos and videos from dives and fossil finds
• Respond to customer messages and comments
• Help grow email marketing list
• Run basic promotional campaigns

Online Sales

• List products on Etsy and eBay
• Process and ship orders
• Track inventory across platforms
• Maintain product photography library

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers
• Reliable transportation
• Basic photography and social media skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoor events
• Experience with Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Facebook, or Instagram preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wilmington, NC 28411
