Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our real estate services, generate qualified leads, and enhance brand visibility. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong client engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote real estate and consultancy services.
- Manage property listings across digital platforms and offline channels.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Prepare marketing reports and track campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
- HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or consultancy.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and use of social media for lead generation.
- Goal-driven, innovative, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
Pay: Up to ₦250,000.00 per month
