About Us
MMW Bone Alignment Centre provides natural, non-invasive recovery treatments by combining traditional Chinese bone alignment techniques with modern wellness practices. We help people manage conditions such as sprains, joint misalignment, scoliosis, sciatica, and chronic muscle or joint pain—without surgery or medication.
As our centre continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to help expand our brand, connect with more clients, and contribute to our long-term growth.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both sales and marketing and wants to build a rewarding career in a growing wellness industry. You will play an important role in generating leads, building client relationships, increasing sales, and supporting marketing activities that strengthen our brand presence.
What You’ll Do
i) Sales & Client Engagement
- Connect with potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and face-to-face interactions
- Respond to enquiries and explain treatment services, packages, and pricing clearly
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Encourage repeat visits and referrals through ongoing engagement
ii) Marketing & Brand Growth
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital platforms
- Work with the team to create engaging content, promotional materials, and marketing initiatives
- Support events, campaigns, and brand awareness activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
iii) Tracking & Operations
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales performance
- Monitor campaign and sales results and recommend improvements
- Work closely with practitioners and the operations team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Mandarin is an added advantage to support a wider customer base
- Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
