About the Role
Join Victory Marketing as a full-time Sales & Marketing Trainee (Events) and kick-start your professional career in the dynamic marketing industry. Based in the vibrant Tsim Sha Tsui area, you will play a pivotal role in driving our event marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on event promotion, client engagement, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of marketing promotions and brand campaigns.
- Lead Generation: Actively generate sales leads and engage with audiences at high-traffic event sites and exhibitions.
- Client Engagement: Deliver impactful sales presentations and professional proposals to potential clients.
- Customer Excellence: Provide exceptional support to clients throughout the entire event lifecycle.
- Performance Analytics: Track and analyze key event performance metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Support the wider Sales & Marketing team with diverse projects and ad-hoc initiatives.
