Job Description:

Manju Groups is looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, promoting company projects and services, and supporting overall sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through field work, calls, and marketing activities
• Promote company products and services to potential customers
• Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with the internal sales team for conversions and closures
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Support digital and offline marketing campaigns
• Maintain daily reports and customer database
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
