Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales opportunities for Onewood Timber Projects products within:
• Housing developments
• Interior fit-out projects
• Renovation projects
• Commercial and residential developments
• Build strong relationships with:
• Property developers
• Architects
• Interior designers
• Main contractors
• Dealers and distributors
• Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings
• Identify and pursue new project leads and business opportunities
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales enquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams on project specifications, deliveries, and customer requirements
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Follow up on collections and payment status for commission processing

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM4,500 – RM6,500 (depending on experience)
• Attractive Commission Scheme:
