Sales and Marketing Executive
The Sales Executive is responsible for supporting business development by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and assisting in securing construction and steel fabrication projects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for proposal preparation, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company’s sales targets and project pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Lead Generation
· Identify and generate new leads for construction projects (private and government).
· Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, site visits, and networking.
· Assist in developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
· Monitor and follow up on inquiries and potential project opportunities.
Client Coordination and Relationship Management
· Build and maintain good relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and contractors.
· Assist in client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
· Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into active opportunities.
Proposal and Bid Support
· Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and bid documents in coordination with technical teams.
· Gather client requirements and ensure completeness of submission documents.
· Help track submitted bids and monitor results.
Market and Project Monitoring
· Monitor construction market trends and identify upcoming projects and opportunities.
· Keep track of competitor activities and pricing benchmarks.
· Maintain updated records of leads, clients, and ongoing negotiations.
Marketing and Event Support
· Assist in marketing initiatives such as company presentations, social media updates, and promotional materials.
· Support participation in industry events, site visits, and client engagements.
Reporting
· Prepare regular sales activity reports, lead status updates, and pipeline summaries.
· Maintain accurate documentation and filing of client and sales records.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
· At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or engineering services
· Exposure to project-based selling or B2B sales is an advantage
· Knowledge of construction processes and bidding is a plus
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
· Willing to do fieldwork and client visits when required
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
