Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Lagos. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will drive revenue growth by identifying prospects, managing leads, and converting opportunities through consultative selling. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, following up with clients, and managing a sales pipeline. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, creating basic sales and promotional materials, gathering market intelligence, and tracking performance metrics. The Specialist will collaborate with internal teams, provide product and service information to clients, and participate in client presentations and occasional training sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Experience or aptitude in Sales Management, such as managing a pipeline, forecasting, and using CRM tools.
- Ability to deliver Training or product/service demonstrations to clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Basic marketing knowledge, including supporting campaigns, understanding brand messaging, and using digital channels.
- Comfort with data and metrics, including tracking performance, preparing simple reports, and making recommendations.
- Ability to work on-site in Lagos, manage time effectively, and coordinate multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in talent solutions, HR services, or a related service industry is an advantage.
