Sales and Marketing Specialist (HVAC)
We are seeking a driven and versatile professional to join our team as a Sales, Marketing & Strategy Specialist in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry. This role blends business development, brand positioning, and strategic planning to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and shaping go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in residential, commercial, and/or industrial HVAC markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align product offerings with market demand.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Analyze sales and campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Support pricing strategy and product positioning initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or strategy (HVAC or construction industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and solutions is an advantage
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team
- Willing to work at BF Parañaque City
