Sales and Marketing Specialist

Objective: To drive brand awareness and generate a high volume of qualified leads through strategic digital and traditional campaigns.

Reporting Directly to Sales & Leasing Manager

Job Description:

• Generating a specific monthly quota of qualified leads (MQLs) through digital and traditional channels
• Ensuring all marketing collateral (brochures, adds, signs) is 100% compliant with company branding
• Meeting targeted growth metrics for website traffic, SEO rankings, and social media engagement
• Providing a monthly report on competitor pricing and new market trends to adjust company strategy
• Accountability for the attendance and lead-capture rates of site viewing events and open houses
