Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based on Lagos Mainland. The selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operational and strategic tasks that contribute to achieving business goals. Responsibilities may include engaging with stakeholders, creating and implementing business strategies, analyzing market trends and opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role will also involve contributing to the company’s growth through innovative problem-solving and collaboration with internal and external partners.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for market analysis and business development.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with the financial services industry, including Insurance, Asset Management, and Pension Funds Administration, is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in leadership or team management roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and relevant business software applications.
