Job Title: Sales & Integrated Marketing Executive

Compensation
- Base Salary: ₦100,000 Monthly
- Performance Bonus: Up to ₦50,000 Monthly (Based on Targets)
- Sales Commission: Earn commission on every closed deal or project

Job Summary
Our client, a dynamic and innovative ICT company, is seeking a results-driven Sales & Integrated Marketing Executive to drive business growth through a combination of sales, business development, and integrated marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, managing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and building strong customer relationships that increase revenue and brand visibility. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients for the company's products and services.
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, referrals, networking, cold calling, and direct outreach.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospective clients.
- Close sales and achieve agreed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Develop strategic partnerships that contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
Integrated Marketing (Digital & Traditional)
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
- Create engaging marketing content for websites, blogs, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
- Support SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market research and identify customer needs, trends, and business opportunities.
- Monitor competitors and provide actionable market intelligence.
- Coordinate the production of offline marketing materials including flyers, brochures, banners, and branded items.
- Organize and support exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track, monitor, and analyze marketing campaign performance.
- Measure and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on business development and marketing activities.
- Monitor lead generation, conversion rates, revenue performance, customer retention, and ROI.
- Recommend strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and sales outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience in both digital and traditional marketing is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Candidates should preferably reside within or around the Egbeda/Alimosho axis for ease of operations and client engagement.
Technical Skills
- CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
- Social media management and advertising tools.
- Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Canva and basic graphic design/content creation tools.
