Position Summary
Lalaguna Villas is looking for a creative and proactive Sales & Marketing Content Creator responsible for producing engaging digital content that promotes the resort’s rooms, diving experiences, guest activities, and overall brand lifestyle.
This role focuses on content creation, social media execution, and basic marketing support, with direct impact on brand visibility, online engagement, and resort bookings.
Reporting Line
- Reports directly to: Managing Director
- Coordinates with: Front Office, Reservations, Dive Shop, F&B, Housekeeping, and OTA/Channel Support
Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation (Core Function)
- Create engaging social media content, including photos, reels, and short-form videos, for all digital platforms
- Edit and produce high-quality video content (Reels, TikTok, promotional videos, resort highlights)
- Capture resort lifestyle content such as guest experiences, diving activities, rooms, events, and scenery
- Support basic design needs for marketing materials (e.g., simple promos, announcements, and informational graphics when needed)
- Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with LLV branding
2. Social Media Execution
- Assist in managing and posting content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Schedule and publish approved content
- Monitor comments, messages, and basic inquiries; escalate when needed
- Support engagement activities to grow online reach and visibility
3. Sales & Marketing Support
- Assist in promoting room packages, dive packages, and seasonal campaigns
- Support execution of marketing promotions and special offers
- Coordinate with Front Office and Reservations for promo implementation
4. OTA / Booking Platform Support
- Assist in updating listings (rates, availability, promos) on OTAs such as Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb
- Coordinate updates with Reservations
- Monitor listing accuracy and report discrepancies
- OTA Agent ranking
5. Content Organization & Reporting
- Maintain organized photo/video library for marketing use
- Assist in tracking engagement and content performance
- Support documentation of campaigns and promotions
Qualifications
- Graduate of Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field
- Strong skills in Canva and basic graphic design
- Experience in photo/video content creation is an advantage
- Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Willing to work in a resort environment and capture real-time content
- Willing to work full-time with flexible schedules
Career Progression
This role is a developmental creative position within the Sales & Marketing Department. It provides strong exposure to digital marketing, branding, and hospitality sales operations.
With strong performance, this role can progress to:
- Social Media & Marketing Manager
- Other Sales & Revenue-related management positions
Progression will be based on:
- Quality and consistency of content output
- Creativity and initiative
- Marketing performance contribution (engagement, inquiries, bookings support)
- Ability to handle tasks independently
