Sales & Marketing Executive
iByte Solutions Sdn Bhd is a growing SAP consulting firm specializing in delivering innovative enterprise solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and digital transformation services. We help organizations optimize operations, improve efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth through technology.
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support the expansion of our SAP consulting business. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, strengthening existing relationships, and executing targeted marketing initiatives to position iByte Solutions as a trusted SAP partner in Malaysia and the region.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for SAP consulting services (implementation, support, upgrades, and digital transformation projects).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations in collaboration with the technical/pre-sales team.
- Act as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with delivery teams for smooth project transitions and ongoing client support.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional SAP services.
Marketing & Branding
- Support execution of marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, events, and partnerships).
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and solution presentations.
- Represent iByte Solutions at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions.
- Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, activities, and sales performance.
- Conduct market research on SAP trends, competitors, and industry demands in Malaysia.
- Identify high-potential sectors and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, ERP, or SAP solutions.
- Basic understanding of SAP solutions (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP Cloud) is an advantage.
- Exposure to IT consulting or enterprise software solutions is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
