Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Identify and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations, and prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Support marketing activities, including campaigns, social media, email marketing, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and prepare periodic sales and marketing reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing in UAE (experience in professional services is an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
