Sales & Marketing Executive (Based in Eco Majestic Semenyih)
SOTC Play & Development Sdn. Bhd. (Playvelope) is a dynamic special needs intervention and educational centre committed to empowering children with diverse developmental needs through personalized, evidence-based approaches. We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote the centre’s services, strengthen community relationships, enhance brand visibility, and communicate our mission through effective marketing and outreach strategies.

- Eco Majestic, Semenyih (2 vacancy)
Responsibilities :
- Plans and executes all web, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Evaluates emerging technologies.
- Laise with clients thru whatsapp, phone call or one-to-one session.
- Explain our programmes and package clearly to clients and arrange schedule for assessment.
- Manage sales record, client database, follow up clients payment.
Requirements/ Qualification:
- Education: Min SPM
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing
- Good communication skills, especially when dealing with parents
- Patient, empathetic, and customer-oriented
- Strong sales mindset and target-driven
- Familiar with social media and basic digital marketing
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
