Sales & Marketing Executive (Catering & Event)

Working Hours

• Mondays - Fridays (excluded Public Holidays);
• 10 hours: 0930 - 1930 hrs;

Job Description

• Focus on the generation of new sales in catering and event opportunities, or contract based corporate accounts.
• Entertain existing or prospective event and corporate end users.
• Negotiate terms pertinent to the sale of related services or projects.
• Meeting sales goals and targets set by the company.
• Responsible for related accounts with coordination and maintain relationship as required.
• Work closely with other departments to develop and implement the action plans of the related events or projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Events & Operations, Kitchen & Production) to ensure high quality delivery of all catering/ events enquiries.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience with focus in new business development in catering & events
• Confident and result-driven with proven sales track record.
• Strong analytical skill with good business sense.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with customer oriented mindset.
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
