Sales & Marketing Executive
₹20,000 - ₹25,000/mo
We are looking for energetic and result-driven Sales Executives / Business Development Executives to drive business growth for our Real Estate, Construction, and Interior Design services. The candidate should be passionate about sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and references
- Conduct cold calling and client outreach
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Convert inquiries into customers
Client Management
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Schedule meetings and presentations with clients
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support
- Maintain long-term customer relationships
Business Development
- Develop partnerships and networking opportunities
- Visit sites/projects when required
- Generate new channel partners and referral sources
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Reporting & CRM
- Maintain daily sales reports
- Update customer information in CRM/Excel
- Track sales pipeline and follow-ups
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports
RequirementsEducation
- Any Degree / MBA / Diploma (Preferred but not mandatory)
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills
- Sales and negotiation abilities
- Lead generation knowledge
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer handling skills
- Ability to achieve targets
