Sales & Marketing Executive

About Us:
FBM (Flavour Booster Masale) is a growing spice brand committed to delivering high-quality blended masale with authentic taste and hygienic packaging. We are expanding our market presence and looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop and manage distributor and retailer network.
• Conduct regular field visits to generate new business.
• Ensure product visibility and placement in retail outlets.
• Execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
• Collect payments and maintain strong client relationships.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / relevant field.
• 1–3 years experience in FMCG, food, or spice industry preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for field sales.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
