Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Sales Marketing Executive. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing market plans, conducting market research, engaging with clients, and driving sales initiatives. The role also includes building strong client relationships, presenting marketing strategies, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales targets to contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to identify new opportunities and analyze market trends.
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing to design and implement strategies for business growth.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to build relationships, present solutions effectively, and engage with clients professionally.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and results-oriented approaches to achieve and exceed targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in financial services or a related industry is advantageous.
