We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing professional to help drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand our presence in regional markets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to support business growth, brand awareness, and market expansion.
Manage client relationships from initial acquisition through retention and account growth, ensuring strong service quality and long-term partnerships.
Act as the account manager for major global retail accounts, serving as the main point of contact for client communication, internal coordination, service delivery, and account development.
Work closely with product, operations, and customer service teams to align sales activity, marketing campaigns, and customer needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine positioning, pricing, and promotional initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaign results, lead conversion, and market development for management review.
Support regional business development activities, including occasional business trips as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or account management, ideally with exposure to major U.S. retail accounts, home décor retail, wholesale, or related consumer product sectors.
Candidates with less experience may also be considered if they are highly self-motivated, commercially minded, and quick to learn.
Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin for both internal coordination and external client communication.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Able to work independently, manage priorities, and engage confidently with clients, internal teams, and senior stakeholders.
Legally eligible to work in Hong Kong, and willing and able to travel occasionally for business needs.

Thirteenth month salary plus performance-based bonus, where applicable.
Pay: From $40,000.00 per month
