We are Equality Marketing—an international fundraising and face-to-face marketing agency representing leading global non-profit organizations across Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and the Philippines. WHAT WE DO (Clear Work Setup):

We believe in full transparency. Here is exactly what our frontline campaign teams do every day:

• Where We Work: This is a dynamic, active field-based role. We are positioned in high-traffic premium spaces like malls, hospitals, supermarkets, airports, and major events.
• How We Do It: We work in groups doing booth manning. We pro-actively approach passing individuals, strike up engaging conversations, and share the powerful missions of our global non profit partners.
• Our Target: We invite and encourage the people we meet to make a lasting impact by becoming long-term donors, supporters, and pledgers.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and/or Tagalog.
• A strong willingness to learn field sales strategies, manage campaigns, or coach team dynamics.
• A vibrant, adventurous mindset—someone who loves team environments and traveling.
• Physical fitness and high energy to meet the active, standing demands of a field-based role.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or leadership is a plus, but absolutely not required. Your attitude and hunger to learn matter most!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
