Job Title: Sales/Marketing Executive
Salary: ₦100,000 monthly
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
Location: Ogba, Ikeja
Job Description
The Sales/Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share. This role requires creativity, negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset to support the company’s expansion in the beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Promote beverage products through direct sales, marketing campaigns, and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or OND/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in FMCG/beverage industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with Lagos market dynamics is an added advantage.
