Salon Coordinator / Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily flow of a busy salon and medspa
• Manage appointments and booking systems efficiently
• Welcome clients with professionalism and warmth
• Handle client check-ins and cash-out procedures
• Assign clients to technicians accordingly
• Maintain smooth front desk operations and salon organization
• Capture photos/videos and create engaging social media content
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand growth
• Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written content.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for beauty, wellness, and social media
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and content creation is an asset
• Previous salon, spa, or medspa experience preferred
• Marketing or social media background is a must
• Speaking Vietnamese is an asset

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
