Salon Coordinator / Social Media Specialist

Are you organized, outgoing, creative, and passionate about the beauty industry? We are looking for an energetic Salon Coordinator / Social Media Specialist to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for our clients both in salon and online.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, social media, content creation, and working in a fast-paced beauty environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily flow of a busy salon and medspa
- Manage appointments and booking systems efficiently
- Welcome clients with professionalism and warmth
- Handle client check-ins and cash-out procedures
- Assign clients to technicians accordingly
- Maintain smooth front desk operations and salon organization
- Capture photos/videos and create engaging social media content
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand growth
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written content.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and social media
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and content creation is an asset
- Previous salon, spa, or medspa experience preferred
- Marketing or social media background is a must
- Speaking Vietnamese is an asset
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
