Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist with strong website development experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving online visibility, driving website traffic, generating leads, managing digital marketing campaigns, and maintaining high-performing websites. This role requires a combination of technical SEO expertise, creative marketing skills, analytics capabilities, and hands-on website development knowledge.
The successful candidate will work closely with management, designers, content creators, and developers to implement digital strategies that enhance brand awareness, improve search engine rankings, and optimize user experience.
Key Responsibilities-Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements including:
- Meta titles and descriptions
- Header tags
- URL structures
- Internal linking
- Image optimization
- Schema markup
- Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to:
- Site speed
- Mobile responsiveness
- Crawlability
- Indexing
- Broken links
- Core Web Vitals
- Monitor and improve domain authority and backlink profiles.
- Track and analyze SEO performance using tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush
- Ahrefs
- Moz
- Prepare SEO performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies for:
- Google Ads (PPC)
- Social media marketing
- Email marketing
- Content marketing
- Remarketing campaigns
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase audience engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI through data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate marketing calendars and promotional campaigns.
- Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Manage online reputation and brand visibility.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Website Development & Management
- Design, develop, maintain, and update company websites.
- Build responsive, user-friendly websites with strong UX/UI principles.
- Manage CMS platforms such as:
- WordPress
- Shopify
- Wix
- Squarespace
- Webflow
- Implement website enhancements and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Optimize website performance, speed, and security.
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and aligned with marketing goals.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to improve website functionality and appearance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and website development.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with:
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript
- WordPress development
- Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization and user behavior.
