Senior Account Manager (Ecommerce Team)

£30,000 – £35,000 DOE + Performance-Based Growth

Location: Altrincham (office first 2 months, then hybrid)Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible shifts available)

This isn’t a standard account management role

We’re looking for ambitious, commercially-minded Account Managers who want more than just managing campaigns, they want to own growth, drive results, and progress quickly.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Owning a portfolio of ecommerce clients, with full accountability for performance and ROI
• Driving measurable growth across Google Ads & Shopping campaigns
• Leading client strategy and performance conversations, not just reporting
• Identifying and executing revenue growth opportunities within your accounts
• Acting as a trusted advisor, influencing client decisions and direction
• Supporting and elevating junior team members as the team scales
