Senior Brand Manager
The Senior Brand Manager will lead the development, execution, and optimization of brand strategies to strengthen Zesto Corporation’s market presence and drive sustainable growth. This full-time, on-site role is based in Caloocan City and involves overseeing brand planning, campaign development, and product positioning across multiple channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market and consumer insights, managing product lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and R&D. The Senior Brand Manager will manage agency relationships, guide the creation of advertising and promotional materials, and ensure consistent brand messaging across digital, in-store, and traditional media. The role also includes tracking brand performance, managing budgets, and presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Strong brand management and marketing strategy skills, including experience in brand positioning, portfolio management, and campaign development.
- Proficiency in market research, consumer insights, and data analysis to inform brand and commercial decisions.
- Demonstrated ability in project management, including planning, prioritization, and on-time delivery of multiple initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with creative, media, and research agencies, and coordinating with internal cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear briefs, presentations, and brand guidelines.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and monitoring brand performance metrics.
- Leadership skills with experience mentoring or guiding team members and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Prior experience in FMCG or consumer goods brand management, ideally in beverages or food, is highly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Caloocan City, with a high level of adaptability, accountability, and ethical conduct.
