(Senior) Brand Manager
Purpose of the Job
To spearhead the end-to-end commercial strategy and market shaping for Baxdrostat. This role is responsible for establishing a winning brand positioning, ensuring a successful national launch, and driving sustainable growth by delivering clinical value to healthcare professionals and patients.
Typical Accountabilities
1. Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive annual marketing and launch plans based on deep market insights and competitive analysis.
2. KOL Management: Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders to build advocacy and lead advisory boards for scientific validation.
3. Omni-channel Marketing: Design and execute integrated promotional campaigns across digital (KakaoTalk, EMR partnerships) and traditional channels.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Medical, Market Access, and Sales teams to align on reimbursement strategies and sales force effectiveness.
5. Budget & Forecasting: Manage A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budgets efficiently and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Functional Capabilities (most critical to this position)

2, Clinical Insight Translation: Proficiency in translating complex clinical trial data into compelling commercial narratives for HCPs.

4, Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term scientific partnerships with key stakeholders.
5, Financial Acumen: Expertise in accurate sales forecasting and strategic allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business preferred).
- Minimum 3-7 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.

- Advanced English proficiency for seamless communication with global/regional teams.
