Position Title: Senior Brand Marketing Executive

Job Purpose
To develop, execute, and monitor branding and marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, drive sales growth, and maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities1. Brand Management
- Plan and execute brand strategies to strengthen market positioning.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, retail outlets, social media, website, and promotional activities.
- Monitor brand performance and customer perception.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
2. Marketing Campaign Planning
- Plan and coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, festive promotions, and brand collaborations.
- Develop annual marketing calendars and promotional schedules.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, influencers, and external agencies.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Oversee social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and other relevant channels.
- Plan content strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for viral marketing.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns and evaluate campaign performance.
4. Content & Creative Development
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce marketing materials.
- Review and approve marketing content, videos, photos, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
5. Influencer & KOL Management
- Source and engage suitable influencers, celebrities, and KOLs.
- Negotiate collaboration agreements and campaign deliverables.
- Monitor influencer performance and ROI.
6. Retail Marketing Support
- Coordinate in-store marketing activities and visual merchandising campaigns.
- Work closely with retail operations to ensure smooth execution of promotions.
- Monitor effectiveness of retail marketing initiatives.
7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research on consumer trends, fashion trends, and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve market share and customer acquisition.
- Prepare market insights and recommendations for management.
8. Budget Management
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets.
- Track marketing expenses and ensure cost-effective spending.
- Evaluate ROI of marketing activities and campaigns.
9. Performance Reporting
- Analyze marketing campaign results and customer engagement metrics.
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
- Present recommendations and improvement plans to management.
10. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise and guide marketing executives, designers, interns, and content creators.
- Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with sales, retail, e-commerce, and operations teams.
RequirementsEducation
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Fashion Marketing, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or fashion retail marketing.
- Experience managing social media, campaigns, and product launches.
- Experience working with influencers and digital marketing platforms.
Skills
- Strong branding and marketing strategy skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and social media insights.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Branding, Fashion Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Diploma holders with extensive relevant experience in fashion retail marketing may also be considered.
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Branding, E-commerce Marketing, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other marketing software is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (added advantage) to communicate with diverse customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Strong understanding of fashion retail trends, consumer behaviour, branding principles, and digital marketing practices.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
