Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of Carefood (softmeal) Business, identifying potential partners to drive sales and development of softmeal.
- Lead the sales cycle, managing the sales process through various channels including email, WhatsApp, phone calls
- Set sales goals and develop strategies for new products.
- Collaborate with the chef team to provide product improvements and ensure that company products meet current market needs
- Conduct market research and develop sales strategies and distribution channels to optimize market coverage.
- Work with marketing team to develop marketing campaigns to drive awareness and sales
- Conduct Carefood (softmeal) training and promotion workshops for caregivers, chefs, healthcare professionals, etc.
- Participate in various sales events (e.g., exhibitions, community booths).
- Coordinate business enquiries in a timely manner and manage the prospect database.
- Irregular working hours and work on public holidays, Oversea or mainland travel may be required.
- Support ad hoc duties as required.
- Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
- 3- 5 years’ working experience in project management, business development, etc
- Experience in event planning and implementation will be an advantage
- Passionate about social innovation and contributing to our society
- Strong in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve team goals
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
