Community Manager
Join a growing residential property management company overseeing 3,400+ mulitfamily units throughout Southern California, Florida, and New Jersey.
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with a proven track record of leading large conventional multifamily communities, driving operational improvements, and enhancing asset value.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize occupancy, resident retention, and overall property performance
- Lead large-scale community operations, including capital improvement and renovation projects
- Partner with ownership and regional leadership on property repositioning, amenity enhancements, and value-add initiatives
- Oversee apartment turns, vendor performance, and maintenance operations
- Recruit, train, develop, and manage onsite team members
- Process applications, move-ins, rents, deposits, and resident records
- Monitor budgets, approve invoices, and complete required financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing a 250+ unit conventional multifamily apartment community
- Demonstrated success turning around underperforming communities and improving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance
- Significant experience overseeing renovations, capital improvement projects, and amenity upgrades
- Strong leadership, leasing, marketing, budgeting, and resident relations skills
- Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office
