While the role includes hands-on filming and content capture, it is primarily weighted toward post-production, with the majority of day-to-day responsibilities centred around editing, motion content creation and delivery across multiple client projects. Working from creative briefs, this position plays a key role in shaping visual output, maintaining technical excellence, supporting creative quality and helping evolve the agency’s content capabilities across a diverse client portfolio.

Working confidently both independently and collaboratively alongside producers, creatives, freelancers or wider agency teams
Balancing creative ambition with practical production requirements, timelines and budgets
Motion Graphics & Visual Enhancement:
Creating motion graphics, title sequences, animated overlays and supporting visual assets to enhance video content
Applying motion design principles to elevate storytelling, engagement and campaign effectiveness
Supporting simple animation requirements where appropriate across wider content outputs
