About CreativeHutch
CreativeHutch is a growing brand, design and digital marketing agency based in Carlisle, working with brands and businesses across Cumbria, the UK and beyond.
We help brands get clearer, bolder and more visible through branding, websites, content, campaigns and digital marketing that actually does something. Not just pretty things. Useful things. Strategic things. Work that helps businesses grow.
Our team is collaborative, creative and full of good ideas, with a shared drive to deliver brilliant work that makes a real impact for our clients. We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Lead to join the team.
This is an exciting role for someone who loves the pace of agency life, can think strategically but isn’t afraid to get stuck into delivery, and wants to play a key part in shaping both client campaigns and CreativeHutch’s own marketing and growth.
Working closely with our brand, creative, digital and content team, you’ll help plan, manage and deliver integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels for a lovely mix of clients, sectors and challenges.
It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to bring fresh thinking, digital know-how and a bit of magic to a growing agency with big plans.
The role:
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on digital marketer with at least 5 years’ proven experience to join CreativeHutch and help shape, manage and deliver marketing activity across both client projects and our own agency growth.
This is a lead role for someone who can think strategically, organise brilliantly, keep projects moving and get stuck into the detail when needed.
You’ll confidently develop digital marketing strategies, manage multi-channel campaigns, create and guide content, analyse performance, and build strong client relationships.
You’ll be trusted to lead projects, manage multiple campaigns and take ownership of delivering meaningful results across a range of digital channels.
You’ll also play a key role in marketing CreativeHutch itself, helping us grow our visibility, share our thinking, showcase our work and attract more of the right clients.
We need someone confident with clients, comfortable leading conversations, commercially aware and able to bring structure, momentum and fresh thinking to a busy creative agency.
In short: someone who can help us make the marketing magic happen, without letting the plates wobble.
