SENIOR EXECUTIVE DIGITAL MARKETING
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and hands-on Senior Executive, Digital Marketing to support and drive integrated marketing initiatives across both traditional and digital platforms. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and contributing to revenue growth for IPTB Sdn Bhd and Buraqmart Sdn Bhd.
The ideal candidate is experienced in retail or multi-brand environments, with strong capabilities in content creation, digital campaign execution, and performance analysis.
Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Maintains a dotted reporting line to Group Corporate Communication & Digital Marketing for brand alignment and campaign coordination
Supports marketing activities across assigned brands and business units
Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns effectively
Key Responsibilities and Duties
1. Marketing Execution
- · Execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels aligned with business objectives
- · Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional execution
- · Support development of campaign briefs, content direction, and messaging
2. Traditional Marketing
- · Coordinate events, roadshows, exhibitions, and retail activations to drive brand awareness and footfall
- · Manage production of marketing collaterals (brochures, banners, POS materials)
- · Liaise with vendors, media partners, and event organisers to ensure smooth execution
3. Digital Marketing (Core Focus)
- · Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- · Develop content strategies aligned with brand positioning, promotions, and customer engagement goals
- · Create engaging content including:
i. Social media posts & captions
ii. Short-form videos (Reels, TikTok)
iii. Visual creatives and marketing copy
- · Perform basic photography & videography for campaigns, products, and events
- · Edit and optimise content using relevant tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
- · Manage and grow company social media platforms by:
i. Ensuring consistent posting and brand tone
ii. Driving engagement, reach, and follower growth
- · Execute and optimise paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads), including:
i. Audience targeting
ii. A/B testing
iii. Budget allocation and optimisation
- · Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
- · Translate data into actionable insights to improve ROI, conversion rates, and engagement
- · Ensure website and digital platforms are updated, optimised, and aligned with branding and SEO best practices
4. Branding & Communication
- · Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (online & offline)
- · Support internal communications, announcements, and employer branding initiatives
5. Reporting & Administrative Support
- · Prepare campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations
- · Monitor marketing spend and ensure alignment with approved budgets
- · Maintain proper documentation of campaigns, creatives, and vendor engagements
Job Requirements
- · Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field
- · Experience:
- · Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or multi-brand environments
- · Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing and content creation is a must
Technical & Functional Skills
Proficient in:
- · Digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
- · Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)
Strong understanding of:
- · SEO basics, social media algorithms, and performance metrics
Skilled in:
- · Content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.)
- · Basic photography & videography skills (highly preferred)
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,800.00 per month
