Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Campaigns & Performance Marketing to lead the
planning, execution, and operational excellence of Vention's integrated marketing campaigns and
demand generation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Product Marketing,
Brand, Sales, and RevOps and is responsible for transforming strategic priorities into coordinated,
high-impact programs that drive pipeline, revenue, and customer engagement.
Reporting to the Director of Growth, this leader will oversee campaign execution across multiple
channels and manage a team responsible for campaign planning and execution. The ideal
candidate is highly organized, data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about operational
excellence, team development, and delivering measurable business results.
This role combines campaign leadership, performance marketing expertise, people management,
and cross-functional program execution to accelerate growth and improve marketing effectiveness
across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Own the end-to-end campaign planning process across product launches, demand
growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain quarterly campaign roadmaps aligned with company growth objectives
- Ensure campaigns are launched on time, within budget, and according to agreed-upon
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, Brand,
- Establish campaign governance, planning processes, and operational best practices.
- Develop integrated go-to-market plans that align product positioning , audience targeting,
- Ensure campaign execution remains consistent across all channels and regions.
Performance Marketing & Demand Generation
- Own the strategic planning of paid media programs across search, social, display,
Manager.
- Collaborate with the Director of Growth and cross-functional marketing leaders to develop quarterly and annual demand generation strategies aligned with pipeline and revenue
- Oversee media budget allocation and investment decisions to maximize pipeline
- Ensure campaign strategies are grounded in performance data, audience insights, and
- Lead ongoing optimization efforts across channels, conversion paths, and landing page
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams to improve attribution,
- Drive experimentation and testing programs to uncover new acquisition opportunities and
- Develop recommendations for channel mix, budget allocation, and growth investments
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the Campaign Managers.
- Establish clear objectives, performance expectations, and development plans for direct
- Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, experimentation, and continuous
- Support resource planning and workload management across the campaign team.
- Ensure the team maintains a strong balance between campaign execution, innovation, and
- Support hiring, onboarding, and future scaling of the campaign and demand generation
Cross-Functional Program Management
- Act as the central coordinator for major go-to-market initiatives.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks and proactively drive resolutions.
- Ensure campaign deliverables, messaging, assets, and channel activations remain aligned
- Maintain visibility into campaign priorities, timelines, and business impact across the
Measurement & Optimization
- Partner with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams to establish campaign KPIs and
- Own campaign and channel performance reviews, including pipeline contribution,
- Present performance insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities to senior
- Lead quarterly business reviews focused on campaign effectiveness, investment
- Lead campaign retrospectives and document learnings and best practices.
- Develop scalable workflows and operating models that improve campaign delivery speed
- Optimize project management processes, campaign calendars, and cross-functional
- Drive consistency in campaign documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Improve campaign intake, prioritization, approval, and launch processes.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, performance marketing,
- 2+ years of people management experience leading high-performing marketing teams.
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel demand generation and
- Strong understanding of performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display,
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets, optimize investments, and drive
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to make business and
- Experience building reporting frameworks, performance dashboards, forecasts, and
- Excellent project management, communication, stakeholder management, and
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities.
Preferred
- Experience in B2B or related industries.
- Experience managing both performance marketing and ABM programs.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot and Asana
- Experience managing annual media budgets and forecasting pipeline performance.
- Familiarity with attribution modeling, lead scoring and marketing operations best practices.
