POSITION SUMMARY
The women’s health brands at Pharmavite are rapidly growing with an innovative, omni-channel focus on addressing women’s health challenges through scientifically validated, naturally derived solutions that treat common healthcare needs and improve their quality of life.
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Senior Manager of Social & Content to lead the vision, strategy, and execution across Uqora’s organic social, YouTube, learning center, and public relations efforts.
This role will own how Uqora shows up in the world — shaping our brand voice, storytelling, and cultural relevance across channels. You’ll partner closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop content that educates, inspires, and drives meaningful engagement, while also expanding Uqora’s reach through earned media and partnerships.
This is a highly cross-functional and high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Leadership
- Own the overarching organic and earned media strategy, including organic social (Meta and TTS), YouTube, learning center (blog), brand community movements, and PR.
- Define channel roles, content pillars, and messaging frameworks aligned with brand and business goals.
- Identify new opportunities to expand reach, relevance, and community engagement across platforms.
- Set clear KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate performance and optimize over time.
Content & Channel Management
- Lead external and internal partners in the development and execution of always-on and campaign-based content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Oversee YouTube strategy, including editorial planning, creator partnerships, and content performance optimization.
- Partner with search expert and agency to develop engaging content for the website that drives SEO / AEO.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, educational, engaging, and rooted in audience insights.
- Partner with Growth and Creative teams to align organic efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
PR & Earned Media
- Partner with internal comms team to drive Uqora’s PR strategy.
- Manage internal and agency partners to secure high-impact media coverage, partnerships, and brand moments.
- Identify and activate timely cultural and editorial opportunities to elevate brand visibility.
- Support product launches and key campaigns with integrated earned media plans.
Agency & Partner Management
- Lead and manage relationships with external agencies (social, content, PR).
- Provide clear briefs, strategic direction, and feedback to ensure high-quality execution.
- Hold partners accountable to performance goals and timelines.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize agency structure and resourcing.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on performance across channels (engagement, reach, growth, earned media impact).
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve content and strategy.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8-10 years of experience in organic social, content strategy, and/or PR, ideally within health/wellness or consumer brands.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience owning and scaling organic social and/or YouTube channels.
- Strong understanding of PR and earned media strategy, including managing agencies.
- Experience developing content strategies that drive both engagement and brand affinity.
- Highly strategic thinker with the ability to execute and get into the details when needed.
- Strong creative instincts and a deep understanding of storytelling and audience engagement.
- Experience managing external partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using analytics to inform decisions.

SALARY
Target Base Pay Range:
$120,000 - $200,000 The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is $133,000 - $221,000, to reflect the cost of living and
market conditions in those areas. Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.
Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.
This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
