Senior Marketing Communications Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (social media, email, website, advertising)
Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
Manage content creation for digital channels, including graphics, videos, and copywriting
Media Planning & Budgeting: Manage online advertising budgets effectively, identifying high-performing channels, negotiating ad placements, and allocating spend to maximize campaign reach and conversion
Brand Strategy Development
Assist in developing and implementing brand positioning and messaging strategies
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Marketing Communication
Develop strategic marketing communication plans to enhance brand awareness
Manage projects and events, ensuring timely execution and alignment with marketing and PR objectives
Develop communication collaterals, presentations, PR materials, and maintain company website
Campaign Execution & Management
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Support PR-driven events, press conferences, and media engagements with marketing materials and digital amplification
Track and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors
Ad hoc duties
Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Ecommerce/ Communications or related discipline
More than 3- 5 years Brand / Digital Marketing experience, preferably in Telecom / ICT industries
Strong analytical mindset and good numerical sense
Proactive, self-motivated, and creative team player with strong business acumen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Knowledge of designing tools, photoshop, adobe illustrator will be an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
