Senior Marketing Executive, Onitsuka Tiger Hong Kong
<SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE>
Onitsuka Tiger Company was established as an in-house company under ASICS Corporation on 2018/Oct/1st. Likewise, Onitsuka Tiger is an in-house company under the legal entity ASICS. We are on a mission to drive and expand Onitsuka Tiger’s global business and become the most iconic premium lifestyle brand. As we are establishing a strong organization to expand our business in Onitsuka Tiger, we require a Senior Marketing Executive to proactively participate in this activity.
The position aims to support the brand marketing development and execution for press and communication strategies around brand initiatives, special projects, and trade marketing activities.
<DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES>
Co-ordinate and prepare in-store/marketing materials to maximize retail presence e.g. POP, leaflets etc.
Responsible for compiling reports of retail marketing programs to keep track on results and evaluate the effectiveness
Support the development and execution of all in-store promotions and marketing activities/events at retail level to enhance brand image, product awareness and drive sales/traffic
Manage VIP data for easy analysis. CRM implementation and maintenance of CRM system and activation
Work closely with different departments and external parties for all trade marketing issues
Manage budget and targets for retention activities and report against ROI
Translation and blasting of press release. Arrange delivery of seeding products
Handle customer complaints
Prepare visual merchandising guideline and presentation to front line staff. Assist in coordinating and implementing new shop opening and retail promotions.
Develop and implement all visual merchandising and promotional displays for seasonal changeover, promotional programs and ad-hoc events under the direction of Onitsuka Tiger Headquarter Japan.
Source and liaison with suppliers for the ordering, delivering and producing of materials relating to all visual merchandising.
Follow up VM fixtures and replenishment works such as quotation, delivery schedule, quality control, etc.
Responsible for the graphic design for various marketing campaigns and functions.
Perform quality checks and shop visits to ensure complete implementation of visual merchandising materials according to the guideline and standard.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Full support on all marketing and PR related activities if needed
<DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE>
University graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related disciplines
5+ years related hands-on experience of Marketing, preferable in fashion retail industry
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is essential
Good interpersonal skills, hardworking, creative, self-motivated and willing to learn
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Word, Excel, PowerPoint skill is a must
Knowledge in AI and Photoshop is preferable
