(Senior) Marketing Executive (Performance Marketing)
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation, engagement, and revenue growth.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copies, landing pages, and marketing assets.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (e.g., cost per lead) to measure campaign effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
Identify, test, and optimize new marketing channels and platforms to expand reach and drive performance.
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels including paid search, display advertising, social media, EDM and affiliate marketing.
Implement and oversee technical SEO best practices, including website optimization, keyword research, backlink strategies, and on-page SEO, to enhance organic visibility and support overall marketing efforts.
Serve as a touchpoint for internal communication, ensuring product updates, campaign launches, and marketing wins are effectively shared across departments.
Support the Senior on a broader 360° integrated marketing project —acting as a collaborative execution partner rather than the primary project owner.
Who We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or above
At least 1 year of experience in growth marketing; B2B experience is a plus
Strong analytical skills and good number sense
Solid knowledge of Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics
Experience with SEO strategies and technical SEO skills
Familiar with growth marketing and driving user acquisition
A problem solver who can navigate obstacles and is results-oriented
Self-starter capable of working independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
