Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Assist in planning and executing multi-platform digital marketing campaigns
- Manage social media accounts and content calendars
- Create and manage engaging social media content
- Develop viral content strategies with eye-catching headlines
- Support content production including copywriting and basic visual design
- Assist in shooting and editing video content for Instagram Reels and other platforms
- Research and apply latest social media algorithms and trends
- Analyze competitors' social media strategies and content performance
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Track and report on marketing campaign metrics
- Analyze campaign performance data
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-5 years of marketing experience (Adjusted for junior to mid-level)
- Must be experienced in social media content creation, including video production
- Experience in healthcare/wellness/beauty industry is a plus
- Proficient in social media platforms and management tools
- Experience with digital marketing campaigns
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Familiar with content creation and basic design tools like Canva
- Proficient in using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro, AI tools for content creation and optimization is a plus
- Knowledge of Meta Business, SEO and SEM optimization techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication abilities
- Team player with positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
- Creative mindset with ability to develop viral, relatable content
- Keen sense for health and wellness trends
