Senior Marketing Operations Specialist - 1 FT
This position supports the strategic direction of the Marketing Operations team by overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across SIGA. This role contributes to agile workflow integration and assists with budget tracking and analysis, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of marketing initiatives. The Senior Marketing Operations Specialist position plays a key role in refining processes, optimizing resource use, and ensuring high standards of campaign delivery.
Assisting in the development and execution of marketing plans, ensuring alignment with SIGA’s business goals while maintaining operational efficiency. Implementing agile procedures and practices across the marketing team. Track marketing expenditures and provide insights for optimal resource allocation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of training programs. Track campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to the Manager of Marketing Operations. Participate in other projects and activities as required, in support of SIGA’s priorities.
Successful completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Marketing. Advanced certification in Agile Marketing or Digital Marketing is considered an asset. Certification in Project Management or Budget Management is considered an asset. Minimum 4 years’ marketing operations experience, with a focus on large-scale campaign management, budgeting, and leadership in an agile environment. Experience within the casino, entertainment, or hospitality industries is preferred.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming Employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor Gaming Authority / Indigenous Gaming Regulators
- You must be legally entitled to work in Canada
