We are a fast-growing luxury jewelry, diamond, watch buying, and collateral loan company based in Houston, Texas. We specialize in helping clients unlock liquidity through high-value assets including diamonds, fine jewelry, luxury watches, and precious metals.
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our digital marketing efforts and drive qualified leads through Google Ads, SEO, local search, conversion optimization, and digital marketing strategy.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to generate real business results, not just clicks and impressions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase qualified phone calls, form submissions, and appointment requests.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and call tracking platforms.
- Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Manage and improve Google Business Profile performance.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and lead generation.
- Create reporting dashboards and track KPIs including cost per lead, conversion rate, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Build and manage remarketing campaigns.
- Continuously test ad copy, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with ownership on marketing strategy, budgeting, and growth initiatives.
QualificationsRequired
- 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven experience generating leads for local businesses.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with conversion tracking and attribution.
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $10,000+.
- Strong understanding of SEO and local search optimization.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
Preferred
- Experience in luxury goods, jewelry, watches, financial services, pawn, or high-ticket lead generation.
- Experience with CallRail or similar call-tracking software.
- Experience with WordPress and landing page optimization.
- Experience managing both paid search and SEO initiatives.
